Project Overview:

This project is a media campaign plan for Inside Out's 2023 film festival, of which i was the project manager in a team of three. The scope brief outlines how we plan to market the film festival to the general public.

To do this successfully as a team, we researched what media channels to use, planned appropriate production timelines using actual event dates, and proposed a creative direction for the campaign for the campaign launch with sample graphics/copy that we designed as a team. Finally, we provided a budget for the campaign.

This is a break down of what is included in the attached scope brief

1.     Cover page with event name and host organization logo
2.     Overview of the event and host organization
3.     Marketing strategy (campaign objectives, target audience, deliverables)
4.     Creative concept and artwork samples
5.    Work breakdown schedule for the campaign and Gantt chart for production
6.    RACI matrix depicting delegation of tasks and required human resources
7.    Estimated Project Budget and ROI (Return on Investment)

I would like to add that this project was conceptualized and executed in just a month while each member was working on other creative projects at the same time. I am particularly impressed with how well this relatively big project was managed and how collaborative my team was from the jump.
